Please note all accommodation for period 15 December- 15 January every year must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival and is non-refundable; this also applies to Easter Holidays.
50% deposit required in order to secure the booking
Should a reservation be cancelled the following charges will apply:
All cancellations are subject to an administration charge of 10% of total booking regardless of the time frame of actual cancellation, and the Hotel reserves the right to refund the stipulated amount within a 10 day period only.
No verbal cancellations will be accepted. All cancellations must be communicated by email.
Children of all ages welcome in Yellow-wood Family Room

All major credit cards accepted, Master Visa AMEX & Diners, Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) in South Africa only.
Sorry NO cash deposits into Bank as charges accrue to The Armagh.
Check-in: from 14h00 (if a late arrival anticipated please keep the hotel informed)
Check-out: 10h00 (in certain circumstances a late check-out may be permitted on request)
Secure parking in locked area available at all times on site.
We regret no pets.
Although a non-smoking establishment, smoking is permitted on the patio and in the gardens.
As we are a Licensed Property we would request that no alcoholic beverages be brought onto the premises.
Breakages & Damage
Guests will be held liable for any breakages or damage to property whilst on the premises.
Management and Staff and any other person associated with the Armagh will not be held liable for any loss, damage injury or illness incurred or suffered by any guest or any other person whilst on the premises or the extent of the property. This includes a guest attempting to do his own maintenance in the Guest Rooms, by the Pool, in Dining or in the Reception area. A member of staff must be alerted to any electrical, TV, plumbing or any other fault.
