Please note all accommodation for period 15 December- 15 January every year must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival and is non-refundable; this also applies to Easter Holidays.
50% deposit required in order to secure the booking.
Should a reservation be cancelled the following charges will apply:
7 days prior to arrival - 100% Total accommodation
7-14 days prior to arrival - 75% of total accommodation charge
15-21 days prior to arrival - 50% of total accommodation charge
22 -28 days prior to arrival - 30% of total accommodation charge
22 - 29 days prior to arrival - 25% of total accommodation charge
Should the guests not arrive, or if on arrival length of original booking is reduced for any reason, the hotel is entitled to charge the FULL amount of the accommodation. This is not dependent on the occupancy level. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance.
ALL CANCELLATIONS are subject to an administration charge of 10% of TOTAL BOOKING regardless of the time frame of actual cancellation; and the Hotel reserves the right to refund the stipulated amount within a 10 day period only.
No verbal cancellations will be accepted. All cancellations must be communicated by email.

Sorry NO cash deposits into Bank as charges accrue to The Armagh. Cash deposit charges will be added to Final Bill.
Check-in: from 14h00 (if a late arrival anticipated please keep the hotel informed)
Check-out: 10h00 (in certain circumstances a late check-out may be permitted on request)
Secure parking in locked area available at all times on site. Night Porter on duty every night.

Smoking is NOT permitted in Rooms or Restaurant One may however smoke in the gardens.
As we are a Licensed Property we would request that NO alcoholic beverages be brought onto the premises.
Breakages & Damage
Guests will be held liable for any breakages or damage to property whilst on the premises.
Management and Staff & any other person associated with the Armagh will NOT be held liable for any loss, damage injury or illness incurred or suffered by any guest or any other person whilst on the premises or the entire extent of the property. This includes a guest attempting to do his own maintenance in the Guest Rooms, by the Pool, in the Dining or Reception area. A member of staff must please be instantly alerted to any electrical, TV, plumbing or any other fault.
