Armagh in Africa - Tsitsikamma Recipes
The recipe Book evolved over a few months back in 1998 as we were constantly scribbling Recipes for departing Guests ! We quickly wrote all the Recipes out Johan added the graphics and soon we were in print. A very proud moment.
It is a now a family enterprise with Marie, sister-in-law, printing the books, Oupa (Johan’s father) binding them and thousands already being sold as souvenirs to Guests through-out the world. We also offer a mailing service for those who have forgotten to purchase when here with us or those who need to know how to re-construct that traditional Bobotie or re-create the amazing Lamb Shank Pie not to mention the Cape Brandy Tart OR the Chocolate brownies arguably even better than those in America!!
For some months we have been thinking of changing the format so that we can add more Recipes some area pictures and have a coffee table book. Watch this space.
