Terms & Conditons
Any Public Holiday falling over a week-end requires a minimum of 2 night’s stay.
Cancellation Policy applies as follows:-
- Cancellations 0 to 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit
- Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit
- Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit
- Cancellations 22 to 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit
- Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior may incur a maximum 15% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.
NB: Refunds will be actioned within 30 days of cancellation notice given.
If a portion of the booking is cancelled after arrival, a cancellation
fee of 100% of the cancelled portion will be levied. (in certain
circumstances when /if the rooms are re-let then that 100% will
be treated on a pro-rata basis).
Checking in:
From 12 noon ... Please do let us know if arriving after 16h00 hours
as in the busy period the room will sadly have to be re-let if a
late arrival is not advised.
Checking Out:
10h00 please ...
We accept all major Credit Cards , but regret that we cannot accept
foreign currency or Travelers cheques. All transactions include
14% VAT.
Children under 12 by prior arrangement.
Guests will be held liable for any breakages or damage whilst on
the premises.
Although this is a non-smoking establishment, smoking is permitted
on the patio and in the garden.
As we are a Licensed Property we would ask that no alcoholic beverages be brought onto the premises.
Management and Staff and any other person associated with The Armagh will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury or illness incurred or suffered by any Guest or any other person whilst on the premises or property. This includes any Guest attempting to do his own maintenance in the Guest Rooms, by the Pool or in any Reception or Dining area. A member of Staff must be alerted to any Electrical or plumbing faults, and it is their duty to act accordingly.
