Policies
Credit Card details will be taken to secure all Spa Treatments exceeding R200; please note that we require 12 hours notice when you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Spa Etiquette
Kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure that we can start your treatment on time. Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time while the full treatment fee will still apply.
Please note that the Tsitsikamma Mountain Spa has an underwear policy for all body treatments.
We provide you with your own locker for clothing and personal belongings, inside which you will find your own personal gown, foot wear.
Tsitsikamma Mountain Spa cannot be held responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may happen.
Please note Tsitsikamma Mountain Spa is a smoke free zone.
